Lucia Lopez

Lucia has over 20 years’ experience within the Human Resources and Health and Safety sphere, working across a variety of industries and sectors. Lucia has provided support and advice to both small and large organizations. Her approach is to work closely with the organization in a hands-on way. As a consultant Lucia’s experience demonstrates the ability to add value and deliver results for the client in a practical and sensible manner. Projects have ranged from interim HR management at Director Level on rationalization and restructuring projects, to HR consultancy projects such as implementation of Performance Management processes, Compliance Audits, Job Evaluation and management of acquisitions and mergers, as well as implementation of a broad range of organizational /development projects for various companies. Lucia has extensive ER experience including managing union relationships both at an operational and strategic level. She has worked with senior teams and executives to support strategic planning and implementation as well as advising on complex or challenging people related issues. She also understands the needs of smaller organizations and has developed strong working relationships with a range of businesses. In addition, Lucia has hands on experience of HR strategy development, implementing large scale and small redundancy programs. Prior to moving into consultancy, Lucia worked as Regional Human Resources Director and Manager for both large and small global organizations. Lucia’s experience is supported by a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a major in English and Irish Literature, a Post-Graduate Degree in Law (JD) and a Masters in Human Resources Management Degree.
